Create takeaway style quality Doner/Gyros Kebabs in the comfort of your own home using our special mix of blended spices.
All spice blends are sold in handy stand up, re-sealable foil packaging for convenience and to ensure the product stays fresher for longer.


Mr Curry Lover Doner Kebab Mix
  • 500g lamb mince or 250g beef & 250g lamb mince
  • 45g Mr Curry Lover Kebab mix

Option 1 Instructions: (Flat Kebab)

  • Preheat the oven to 220℃/200℃ fan/gas 6
  • Add the mince to a bowl with the 45g Kebab mix and knead together
  • Cut two A3 sheets (approx.) of grease proof paper
  • Place the lamb mixture between the two sheets and using a rolling pin, roll it out until approx. the thickness of a pound coin
  • Peel of the top sheet of grease proof paper and transfer the rolled lamb to a baking tray
  • Add the tray to the oven for 18-20 minutes until cooked through
  • Serve on warmed pitta/naan bread with chilli sauce and salad of your choice

Option 2 Instructions: (Kebab Roll)

  • Preheat the oven to 220℃/200℃ fan/gas 6
  • Add the lamb mince to a bowl with the Kebab mix and knead together
  • Form into a loaf shape
  • Wrap in foil and place on to a baking tray.
  • Cook for 40 minutes.
  • Leave to cool for 5-10 minutes then thinly slice the lamb and serve in a pitta with salad

Packet Ingredients: Rusk (WHEAT Flour ( WHEAT, Calcium, Iron, Niacin and Thiamin), Salt), Maize Starch, Salt, Flavour (Hydroiyzed Vegetable Protein (SOYA , Maize, Colour (E150d), Salt, Maitodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E621)), Ground White Pepper, Garlic Powder, Ground Cumin, Onion Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Ground Coriander, Dried Rubbed Mint, Ground Oregano, Sodium Metabisulphite (SULPHITE). Chilli Powder, Dried Rubbed Parsley, Rapeseed Oil, Ground Cinnamon.
