Jamaican Jerk

Ingredients:

  • 1kg chicken or meat
  • 90g Mr Curry Lover’s Jamaican Jerk mix

Instructions:

  • Place 1kg of meat or poultry in a large bag or bowl.
  • Add 90g of Jamaican Jerk mix and shake the bag or mix the bowl until the meat is evenly coated.
  • Store in a refrigerator until required (minimum 30 minutes).
  • Heat under the grill or bbq until fully cooked.
  • Serve with Salad & chips
